Are you camping at the conference? Here’s our suggestions for what to bring.

  • A tent. We’ll have close to 100 campers so please keep tents to a small size. Campsites have roughly 10x10 ft of cleared ground.

  • Tarp or ground cloth for under your tent

  • A sleeping bag and pillow. Even though it’s August, it still gets chilly at night! Bring a sweatshirt and long pants too!

  • Sunscreen

  • Water bottle and mug

  • Bug spray

  • A cooler and ice if you are bringing your own food. Remember there are no camp stoves or grills at the conference per the Fire Department.

  • Portable battery packs for your cellphone. We will have a charging station set up but it’s a great idea to have an alternate method.

  • Notebooks and pens for classes

  • Business cards if you have them for networking

  • A backpack or basket for carrying your stuff around

  • A flashlight

  • Rain gear. It’s definitely going to be beautiful and sunny all weekend, but just in case…

  • Cash (optional) all of our vendors and food trucks take cards but there is no ATM on the premises so cash if you want or need cash, you’ll need to bring it in with you.
