Will there be a printed schedule or program for the event?

There will not be a printed program at this time. To save paper we have opted to use an app called Yapp for the event. The app is free to load onto your phone and will contain the full event schedule plus class descriptions. Yapp also allows the event to make real time announcements, so we can keep you updated in case of any changes. Registrants will receive an email shortly with the details and unique event code for the event site on the app.

We have a printable schedule available here. There will also be a schedule posted outside of each classroom and at the information table.

Where do I park?

Parking has been generously donated to the conference by our friends at the Lee USA Speedway! It’s a short drive from the conference and we will have shuttle buses running throughout the event to take you and your stuff back and forth.

Is there electricity available to charge my stuff?

We will have an outdoor charging station for phones and other electronic devices, however we highly recommend you bring a charged phone bank or two.

Can I purchase a day pass?

At this point only full weekend tickets (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) are available.

Will there be a Circle Within A Circle? Can I bring my child with me?

Planning this new conference we realized the need to keep things simple and well organized. Keeping attendance to 300 including teachers, staff and volunteers is particularly challenging in terms of adding children and teens. So, the conference is open to women ages 16 and over and “babes in arms”, meaning infants. We hope all the mothers will see this as a chance to take a restorative break from all their responsibilities to come, be, rest, learn, sing, dance, and drum together in peace, gratitude and love.

Can I cook my own food?

Due to regulations with the town, there will be no cookfires, stoves or grills allowed on site. The only fire permitted will be at the Main Fire Pit Friday and Saturday nights. You can absolutely bring a cooler and cold food. There will also be hot water available for rehydrating foods. There are no dishwashing facilities so please plan accordingly.

Can I attend only a few classes?

You can attend as many or as few classes as you like! You must still purchase a full weekend pass however.
